Therapy for Youth (11+) and Teens, Adults, and Couples in Guelph, and Across Ontario and Alberta
With compassion and curiosity, we offer a place to slow down, to soften, and to be met with care in a way that feels authentic and deeply human.
At Golden Horizons, we believe in co-creating a space to dig deep and explore the challenges that have led you here. You can expect a judgment-free zone where there are no wrong thoughts, feelings, or emotions, and there’s nothing you “can’t say.”
Together, we may work towards building self-awareness, challenging old narratives, increasing connection to the people who are important to you, or enhancing your ability to get through the ebbs and flows of life.
We like to say we offer therapy for every moment: big, tiny, and in-between.
