In our opinion, everyone! Whether youβre looking for help on something specific, or youβre wanting to explore themes and patterns in your life, or if you really donβt know, weβve got space for you!
-
Human-first therapy means we see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms or challenges. We honour and recognize your experiences, emotions, and story, along with the environment, systems, and structures that impact your life.
Attachment-informed therapy is rooted in research on how humans connect. That weβre all hardwired for connection and belonging. We focus on relationships β with yourself and others β and how patterns from early connections may show up in your life today.
How To Start Therapy FAQs
-
If youβre a new client, you can book a free consultation with any of our therapists using our online booking. This is a space to connect and ask any questions you might have. From there, weβll get you booked in with your first therapy session.
If youβre an existing client, you can book your sessions directly with your therapist in-person or via their email.
-
A go-at-your-own-pace and judgement free zone where all emotions are welcomed! The first session is a general overview of what brought you to therapy in the first place, some low-key goal setting, and a space to get to know your therapist. Think of it as a casual conversation over coffee/tea with a new friend.
-
